Returns
We want you to love your new hair extensions! However, if for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return your unopened and unused extensions in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
Here's how to initiate a return:
1. Contact us through email at kbbraidsandhaircouture@gmail.com or by phone at 718-415-9677 to request a return.
2. Once you receive approval for return, carefully repack the unopened and unused extensions in their original packaging.
3. Include a copy of your receipt with the returned items.
4. Securely ship the package back to us at the following address: 89 -50 87th Street, Woodhaven, New York 11421
Please Note
1. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost you paid when placing your order will not be refunded.
2. You can choose to exchange your items for a different product or receive a full refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) upon approval.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. Your refund will be processed using your preferred method of payment. You will receive the refund within 7 business days.
